Auction Donation Guidelines 

Please submit by December 20, 2019

In order to enhance the auction experience, we are asking that families choose ONE of the following options to meet their $100 auction procurement obligation:

1) Donate $100 cash 

 OR

2) Procure or donate a combination of any of the following totaling at least $100 in value:

-Wine (min $25/bottle) or Whiskey (min $50/bottle) 

-Specific Scrip Cards from our Scrip Card Wish Wall

-Specific items from our Auction Item Wish Wall 

Some of our Wish Wall items have a value greater than $100; families are encouraged to collaborate to cover those items/packages together. Many of our local businesses are happy to provide items at no cost to you!  We are a 501c3 and all donations are tax deductible. Our Tax ID # is: 91-0645685.

Please note that your family donation must total $100 in value (for example, you could meet your procurement requirement by donating a $50 bottle of Whiskey, a $25 bottle of wine and a $25 Scrip card from our Scrip wish wall). 

School families can also meet their obligation by hosting an easel party, purchasing sponsorship or advertising through the auction and/or by procuring a live auction package.  

To encourage early procurement, we are offering a reduced procurement value of $75 if you turn in your donations by October 31, 2019!
